Where can I find handheld ordering (PDA) for a restaurant or café in Greece?
Grand Systems provides handheld ordering for restaurants, café-bars and take-away across Greece. The hospitality plan starts at €25 per month per venue, with a POS till and unlimited handhelds, and runs on Android devices and phones.
Which e-invoicing provider should I choose in Greece?
E-invoicing providers are companies certified by the Greek tax authority (AADE). Grand Systems works with a certified e-invoicing provider and connects invoicing directly to your ERP or till, from €79 per year per VAT number. If you already have a provider, we look at connecting to it.
How much does a restaurant system cost?
At Grand Systems the hospitality plan starts at €25 per month per venue (POS till and unlimited handhelds) and at €49 with kitchen displays, QR ordering and stock. A self-service kiosk adds from €29 per month. Prices exclude VAT; hardware is charged separately.
Is the software compatible with AADE myDATA?
Yes. Grand Systems software (ERP, till, online shop) issues documents that are sent to myDATA through a certified provider, with a MARK number and QR code on every document, and the ERP also supports digital delivery notes.
Is there an ERP for food manufacturing?
Yes. The Grand Systems ERP supports recipes, batches, expiry dates, traceability, HACCP records, delivery with digital delivery notes and myDATA invoicing. It is used every day at the Grand Gelato ice-cream factory.
Do you serve all of Greece?
Yes. Grand Systems has offices in Athens and Xylokastro and serves businesses all over Greece, with remote installation and support and on-site visits where needed.
