Is it off-the-shelf or built from scratch?
We start from a working base already running in production and adapt it to your needs. You get the benefits of custom software without the time and cost of building from zero.
How much does the ERP cost?
The Grand Systems ERP starts at €69 per month in the cloud, for up to 3 users, excluding VAT. Customisation and installation on your own server are quoted in writing.
Which industries is it suitable for?
The Grand Systems ERP suits manufacturing (recipes, batches, costing), wholesale and distribution (warehouse, routes, delivery notes), retail and service businesses. It is already used in food manufacturing.
Does it support digital delivery notes and myDATA?
Yes. The ERP issues documents sent to myDATA through a certified provider and digital delivery notes to AADE specifications, with delivery and signature from the driver’s phone.
Can I move my data from my current software?
Yes. We migrate customers, suppliers, items, balances and anything else you need, from other business software or Excel files, and check the data before go-live.
How long does installation take?
It depends on the modules and customisation. Your proposal includes a detailed timeline before you commit.
Where is my data stored?
Wherever you choose: in the cloud with daily backups, or on your own server on site. The data is yours and you can export it at any time.
Does it connect to a till, online shop or phone system?
Yes. The Grand Systems ERP connects to our hospitality system, to online shops, to your accountant and to a VoIP phone system, so the customer record opens on every call.
