Frequently asked questions
Is e-invoicing mandatory?
Yes, for invoices between businesses in Greece. From 1 October 2026 the obligation applies to all businesses, with a transition period until the end of 2026. Your accountant can confirm what applies to you.
How much does e-invoicing cost?
Through Grand Systems, from €79 per year per VAT number, excluding VAT, including setup, connection to your software and support.
Are you the provider?
No. An e-invoicing provider is a company certified and licensed by AADE. Grand Systems works with a certified e-invoicing provider, builds the software that connects to it and supports you with anything you need.
Where can I find the certified providers?
AADE publishes the official list of certified e-invoicing providers. We can recommend the right one and handle the whole setup.
What are the MARK number and QR code on a document?
MARK is the unique registration number myDATA assigns to every document. The QR code lets the customer verify that the document has been submitted.
What are document packs?
At Grand Systems, document packs set the number of documents you can issue. You choose a pack to match your volume and renew it when needed.
Can I use it with the software I already have?
In many cases yes, through an integration. Tell us which software you use and we will give you a specific answer.
